Pre Dinner - Blind Tasting

1st Course - Smoked wings with 3 sauces Hot Buffalo, Spicy BBQ, and Sweet.

2nd Course - Mixed Green Salad with candied pecans, tomatoes, blue cheese and smoked tomato and onion dressing

3rd course - Smoked Pork Chop with roasted winter vegetable blend

Flying Dog Old Scratch and Vertical Epic

4th Course - Beef Brisket with Roasted Acorn Squash

Flying Dog K9 Winter and Bells Two Hearted

Dessert - Chocolate Fudge Brownie with Peanut Butter or Vanilla Icing.
